Even though I've invited you to read my diet journal, it is still just that: My Diet Journal. I won't write particularly personal things, but my life is kind of an open book, and therefore this blog is, too. I don't mean to offend anyone, but will be writing what I am feeling about myself, my body and my quest to lose 25 pounds.

I'm now managing 2 blogs. On "My Random Thoughts" you'll see just that. Any ol' thing that pops into my head just might show up here. On "My P90X and Body for Life Journal" you can see how Dana and I are doing in our quest to lose weight and be more healthy. I hope you enjoy reading both.
